Yeah, that's why there's something called "The Privileges and Immunities Clause" in the U.S. Constitution". That "The Citizens of each State shall be entitled to all Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the several States". Or something like that, except the Feds and the States, they all ignore it in order to maintain States Rights, even as they do not exist as an excuse to trespass against the Liberty of Others.
And The 14th Amendment also says, as "The Privilege Or Immunites Clause", "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States....", except Our Leaders ignore that one too.
