I doubt Obama will be putting him out there to talk the media. It is obvious he wasn't prepared and didn't really know Obama's positions very well. He is probably just a band wagon dumper. To be fair what has Hillary accomplished in 7 years? I looked it up and I don't see anything impressive. Of course to be fair to both, the Republicans have controlled the Senate for most of their time their and now the Senate is pretty deadlocked and not much is really getting through.

At this point, Hillary needs to take a deep breath and decide: does she want to risk becoming a pariah in her own party by doing McCain's dirty work for him, or does she want to fade out with grace and class and be remembered well?

What's NOT shown in the video is that Olberman turns around and asks Mathewes to name one thing the ENTIRE Senate has accomplished in the last seven years and Mathewes can't name a single thing. All it proves is that Mathewes and the Obama supporter are uninformed, not that the entire senate or Obama haven't accomplished anything.

Obama was co-sponsor on legislation to fund a non-proliferation initiative that secured $48 million to destroy stockpiles of conventional WMDs.

He has proposed and passed legislation cracking down on no-bid FEMA contracts. He proposed legislation criminalizing deceptive polling practices. He has proposed many technology updates to government, including appointing a CTO, net neutrality, and making government data publicly available in standard formats.

My answer to this is less obvious now that Bill has basically said that if she loses Texas, that she's out.

Funnily enough, Kirk Watson, the guy who couldn't answer, represents my county in the Texas Senate.

Good job, dude.

:funny:

Yeah, I think that may sour him on going on national TV unprepared again!

The conclusion from this is not, as many have wrongly said, that Obama has accomplished nothing -- it's that this guy wasn't prepared. (When I think of Obama's accomplishments, I recall his monumental ethics reform bill which he passed with the assistance of John McCain of all people!)

Obama has proposed hundreds of bills with much ambition in his time in the Senate. During this same period, Clinton has proposed exactly 20 bills.

This guy did his research and concluded that Barack is probably MORE qualified than Hillary, but the mainstream media will never call her out on claiming she has 35 years of effective political experience (a blatant lie). She is 60 and graduated from law school at the age of 25. She spent plenty of years as a lawyer and even ended up on the board of directors with Wal-Mart. I just don't understand why people have accepted her claims of experience while criticizing Barack for being empty rhetoric. As far as I am concerned, he has been more active in his life trying to help people from the very first job he took out of college making only $10,000 per year as a community organizer in a low income neighborhood, while she was working for a hotshot lawfirm out of college. Even when he became a lawyer, he chose to be a civil rights attorney rather than a corporate lawyer like Hillary.

I'm pretty sure "Grassroots Mom" is a woman. ;) But yeah, she did the research and found out, not so shockingly, that McCain and Clinton's attacks are empty rhetoric (ironic, no?).

Oops! I just read the article and figured it was by a guy since most of the females on the blogs are siding with Hillary from what I have seen thus far. Anyway, she did a great job researching this stuff and bringing out the truth of the matter. Bout time someone did. Meanwhile, in last night's debate, Barack went after the media for calling his supporters a cult. Finally someone said something about it. It was nice to see him blow Hillary's "get real" and "speeches vs. solutions" arguments out of the water.
