Its clearly the same guy. Someone who got pissed the first time he was removed and has kept re-registering. You can't get his ip unless he posts at least once, which is something he's clearly not intending on doing.

Makes me wonder if there is a way to keep the registered user count but not show each name as it comes up (only on the memberlist for anyone who wants to check it out). That way, the name isn't really visable unless you go looking for it, or the person posts. And if he posts, than it would be easy to get his ip address. Just a thought. I'm sure this guy will get tired of it by the fifth or sixth name unless he plans on actually posting.
