Yeah, I like the logo on the top. It's only the sidebars that are killing me. A few suggestions:

Maybe instead of the side bars, we could have the bottom left or right corners or the middle of screen between the catagories KJ main-site incorporated? Maybe a few of those logos promoting the things like "King Kong review", and "Narnia coverage", on the page? Or possibly the bars could be shrunk, to lessen the eyes=death effect? A blue border?

Um, I noticed something else too. I don't know if this "depends on the computer" as some people are seeing different things, but: When I look at regular threads, all the quote "bxes" align well. When I go to make a post though, before I hit submit, the "box" I write in is cut off on the right hand side. It's not a big deal, just something I noticed.

I also see no logo on top either.

I looked into various other options that would allow me to keep the width at 100% instead of 770 pixels. Unfourtunatly none worked the way I wanted.

Okay, in some threads I see the changes (and the logo is cool) and in others I don't. Weird.

The only thing I don't feel comfortable with is how suddenly the forum becomes much narrower. The blue background is fine.

I don't mind the blue bars at the side, but it has been established that I am retarded in the artistic department. I also think that leisure suits and bell bottoms still look gnarly and rad.

That's pretty much my complaint as well.

1. Press the Print Screen button (above the insert key).
2. Open up Paint and CONTROL + V (to paste)
3. Save the screenshot.

Karl, I think we are all acceptable to the changes and directions you're taking the site toward; however, I have felt sometimes you can explain the situation better without sounding so hostile.

You are of course, totally correct.

But to be honest, and why lie now, I feel as though a lot of people on these boards are very selfish. There is a difference between expressing your feelings over a change, and just flat out whining and complaining with no thought of anyone but yourself.

I have been very turned off by the way some people act on these forums, and as sad as it is to say, I was actually hurt by it. The way some people treated me, and the way people treat each other.

Because of it, I come across as an asshole from time to time. I don't like it either. I need to work on it.

I don't expect anyone to understand. It's just hard to put so much time into something and then have that same thing turn ugly. So ugly that every time you look at this thing you have devoted so much time to, you feel angry. I hate that feeling, and it is gradually going away.

I suppose I am somewhat bitter. I'll work on that.
