I have full faith in all members of our moderating team, I think if you give them a chance, in time, you will as well Vincent. However if that isn't the case, there is no reason to go around and use phrases like that, so lets all take the high road and use the PM button if you have any complaints. I would be more than happy to listen.
The last thing we need is another incident right now.
