You commented on elimination of long-standing "trouble-makers" and I found that point humorous as your own conduct from day one has illicitted more complaints from non-involved forum members demanding your warnings and bannings than anyone else to date. The administration and mods were being nuetral and sympathetic then, and are still being now. The proof is in the fact that you were not banned in the past, and your 20 threads (now thankfully filed under one thread) of flame bait were allowed to progress rather than be locked.

They've let you air your greivances, and now I'll air mine. I have heard so much about some god forsaken "inner circle" you apparently "fell out of" due to so much mishandling by others, that I get a good laugh from it. The reason I thought baumer's public apology was genuine is because the premesis for it was so stupid it could not possibly be contrived.

Do we blame ripper and agentx for trying to start when that didn't take off (at the same time this one started)? No. They're both well loved in the community. Well Dan thought otherwise and made a public apology hoping the failed site was in fact the reason for your disgrace, and that assuming the proper amount of blame for his own lack of action on the part of that site would shift away responsibility for you and restore you to glory. I'll just point out that Maverikk has made it very clear he does not like the bulk of the people here, does not respect the admin and mods, and continues to make completely unwarranted personal attacks. It is also clear he will refuse to take ANY responsibility for an issue that is clearly the fault of both of the participants. He's also made it clear that he will continue the fight by "handling it on his own", and has demonstrated a very hot temper that ocassionally alludes to physical violence.

I for one do not see why he should be allowed on this site in any way shape or form until he decides he wants to be here, that he will drop the issue at hand, and he makes a reasonable attempt to get along with the members here.

Those do not seem like unreasonable requirements for a member to be here.

Well.... this thread has turned into a train wreck. Watching this meltdown from somebody I used to enjoy being around is not fun.

It is painfully obvious that Mav refuses to address or fix any of the issues brought up here by the admins/mods, and is clearly being unreasonable to everyone who enters.

I am still confused as to how it's allowed to go on, and have made it clear that I think Mav should be banned until he decides he wants to be here and get along with the members of this forum. If this is allowed to continue it will simply slowly destroy the forum experience for everyone.

I can not think of a single justification for allowing him to stay here while he acts like this.
