is this a resolution issue?
the fact that it only has that tiny piece of the film on the left?
just curious.
also, whether or not it is only ever gonna show up that much, thought about making that image (the blue film bar) not move? (with the scroll). shouldnt be too hard, and i think itd look more prettier.
also, also, when i add an image through the quick reply function, i get the old "whoa whoa whoa, youre file was definitely not found" thing, just fyi

Kypade,
It is a resolution issue, yes.
On higher resolutions, you see more.
The blue film bar should not move. It doesn't move for me on IE or Mozilla.

Any chance of getting it so the last thread replied to and who replied to it in each forum will be visible on the index page? phpbb has that function.

Okay so I don't like it.
Scripting messages is never good on any page, let alone a forum page.

It isn't as if I thought you would all like it. I am taking away width. The move is totally selfish on my part (and no I'm not being scarcastic.)
But it had to be done.
No it didn't. It was done to drive traffic through to KJ's mainsite from the more popular forums. . If I wanted to see KJ's mainsite id click it. And I do. I don't need a little panel on every page reminding me it exists. Nor do I need each page to slow down immeasurably

Michael. No. It had to be done because the forum and the main site were required to look integrated. Now they are. While I can name many reasons why I'd like to see them integrated like that (including the couple that you just mentioned), its not the users here that decides what was required or not, its determined at the end by what my own personal goals for the site were. And what was done yesterday directly compliments those goals.

Yeah, but there's more than one way to integrate, and sometimes people have good suggestions. It's not always bad to listen to some of the constructive comments that come in, that keep your goals for the site in mind, instead of just brushing them off. Members here are pretty wise, and sometimes have good insight into ways that could help you achieve your goals that you hadn't previously thought of. Quote: Now they are. That's funny, who defined the personal goals of the site? I've been working steadfast since day one and have never been asked, nay, even informed prior to a decision being made. Don't throw this on people who have worked for the main site, at least take full responsibilities for the changes on your own shoulders.

I do take full responsibility for them as i was the one to ask krem and eagle to do the thing.
and i'm not dismissing any work anyone else has been putting in at all dolce. but at the end of the day, almost all of the marketing for the site that is going on is happening from my end and i have to check and see whats working and whats not. the 800 res that was done yesterday was requried but obviously, as you can tell today, could not work as the resolution its been changed to as of right now is 1024 and all this occurred through the input provided by most of the people yesterday.

I was just wondering if the administration still plans to kill the horizontal scrollbar. NOt that it's a huge deal for me, but it would be nice if we got rid of it.

It is on a long laundry list of things to get done.
If it isn't fixed in a week or so, drop me an angry PM reminding me.
