Yknow? It's just a little bit too much. Does that mean they have to limit our freedom by telling us what to post about? I'm sorry, but if no one's breaking any rules, I don't see why we can't allow it. Plus, 90% of those threads are going to disapear into obscurity over the next week or so.

First, it was exageration to make a point. The thread is about an overabundance of Kong threads...I was simply pointing out the problem with too many redundant threads.
Second, it's not limiting your freedom...it's making the forum clean and not crappy and messy. You can still post whatever you want...just do it in a preexisting Kong thread.
Third, I dont even care about BO forum much...so I have no idea why I'm even defending one side or the other. : (

Because people are excited about it, even those who don't like it were excited about the potential for it to make the box office subject interesting. That's a positive thing, and it's also a temporary thing. It's already mostly faded.
I think I was too generous to the other point of view in my posts above, basically nothing should be changed other than a toning down of the personality-clash arguing
Shack: I disagree, Carrey and Spielberg's movies' box office are very interesting this coming weekend. It won't be all about Kong.

Having alot of threads about a movie that people on the internet are generally hyped about may infact... INCREASE traffic to the site... ooo...
