lol Michael Bay films are not works of art but films like TF and the Rock and such have remained popular films with audiences because they were soo damn entertaining.
Transformer 1 was the film of the Summer for Audiences in 2007..

The Rock, Armageddon, and Transformers are all master class popcorn blockbuster film making. Insane action, hilarious comedy, just enough drama. All 3 could pass as a comedy over action film and still be bigly successes.
Pearl Harbor battle sequence, WW2 scenes, and general cinematography is all time fantastic. The rest is a Trump-esque disastuh.
Everything else of his blows.
