Men in Black would be my answer, followed by The Pursuit of Happyness, Hitch, Independence Day, and Enemy of the State.
Amazingly enough, though, even in the movies of his I've hated, I still liked him. Even Wild Wild West.
His best performances are, unsurprisingly, in the two films he got Oscar nominations for (Ali and The Pursuit of Happyness).

Re: Your favorite Will Smith movie No question, I Am Legend, not only his best film, but hands down his best performance.
In fact the only other Will Smith movies I would give any form of an A to is Men in Black. Will is a terrific actor, but he isn't the best when it comes to choosing films.

Not on the list: Made in America. A touching, poignant early performance in a film ahead of its time.
