Re: The Dark Knight
To kill some time till I watch the film and cause another shirt storm, let's count all the ways in which Magnus is/looks like that guy from Slumbdog Millionaire.
1) You both are...ethnic
Oh no he didn't! *snaps fingers*

After having seen this another 3 times since my last post I'll have to bump it up to an A+ again. Dent is still a bit annoying for me but the rest is just too good.

I think that since TDK is now well on it's way to obscurity, that it is now time to retire my 2008 signature... Quote: JUSTICE! No major Oscar noms for TDK!The Emperor Dark Knight Has No Clothes!Wipe the hype from your eyes - - read the review that broke the spell... Farewell old friend!

Thank Feck Brad has got rid of that, the lack of an image block on Chrome made it an eyesore.
Avoid equally huge sig's in future thanks.

So are people going to actually talk about this movie again. 1 review every 3 pages is annoying.

Thegun wrote: So are people going to actually talk about this movie again. 1 review every 3 pages is annoying. Well, if it's any consolation, I watched the film twice last week and seem to like it even more every time. And it was already one of my all-time favorites.
Speaking of, I went back and re-watched Batman Begins. I only watched it once, just before TDK came out, and it seemed like my multi-viewings of TDK mixed with the oft-recurring criticism of Begins from people here clouded my opinion of it. But it's actually just as good as the first time I watched it. I really, really like Begins a lot. But having watched both films again so close to one another, it's almost two entirely different movies. Begins is really what it sets out to be: a beginning. Thankfully, Nolan didn't have to go back to any of it in TDK, which might be why TDK is so good.

Re: The Dark Knight
I just saw it couple of days ago.
Looks great, performances were fine I guess, but they really screwed up with the whole transparent death of Gordon, and Dent's transformation (not the literal one). And when they try to be funny, they are not, just like in Batman Begins.
