Re: The Dark Knight
its because we don't give a fuck what movies you like or dislike.
Let me ask you this, why do you always say "maybe if (insert actors name here) would've died, than (insert movie here) would have made 530 million dollars." You call us the idiots but your the one who only has 1 coherent argument against not only TDK but this forum in general. Regardless of the argument you can not help bring up this entirely irrelevant and extremely innacurate opinion.
And I know, I know, your head's prolly spinnin from all those big words eh big boy? Don't you worry, all I'm saying is your a fucking moron, you should be able to figure that part out.

I think why we loved this film because for a blockbuster film this was really well made.

Re: The Dark Knight
I watched it for the 9th time today and I think I liked it even more than the previous times. The highlights of the movies clearly belong to Ledger who give's one of the greatest performances of all-time. I will never get tired of saying this.
The 25 minute section when they capture the Joker till the death of Rachel is pure movie magic. I love love love the scene when the Joker escapes in the police car. And Oldman last words in the movie give me goosebumps every single time. A pretty much perfect movie if there wouldn't be those ferry scenes. And it's easily one of the most quotable movies in a long time. My favorite line probably is: I'm a dog chasing cars. I wouldn't know what to do with one If I caught it. And there are so many more. God, I love this movie.
A+

It's been a staple of low rent stand-up comedians and the Reader's Digest's "Laughter is the Best Medicine" feature for decades, and I'm pretty sure it was in a 1950's Bugs Bunny cartoon as well...

I would say the Reader's Digest provenance is rather damning...

Re: The Dark Knight
It's good. Especially for a blockbuster, I thought. Clearly not Nolan's best but I liked it a lot.

Best movie of 2008. It's awesome and I'd say it's just behind Inception.
