 Re: Monday Number That is a great Monday number. Inception dropped 47% and Discount Tuesday is a huge deal now. It was not a big deal in 2010. Inception dropped 4% on its first Tuesday. Dunkirk will probably increase 10-15% on Tuesday. Apes increased 23.5% last Tuesday, but it did not have IMAX helping boost the Monday gross.

weekend. We tend to see early signs of strong legs these days and Dunkirk hasn't shown it. It did have a very big 23% Saturday increase from true Friday. Harder to pull a crazy Sunday drop from there. Last week, Apes had a similar Sunday drop (after 13% Saturday increase) and then dropped 61% on Monday.

Re: Monday Number Interstellar was around 3.79 when you include the Wednesday/Thursday "film only" previews. I consider that to be a great run. If Dunkirk gets anywhere close to that, it would be another very impressive performance.
