Wonder Woman is going to drop less than 50% for the weekend. Awesome!

It's entirely possible it could increase 30% on Saturday and decrease 30% on Sunday, dropping a bit more than 50% for the weekend. But it's a great hold anyway. I don't think it will go below 50M for the weekend.

Maybe this will lead to Zack Snyder getting further pushed away from destroying the DC Cinematic Universe? If so, this is good news for everyone

He left it recently after his daughter commited suicide. Joss whedon has taken over post production of justice league and everything else.

It's always an estimate until the next business day. But usually the estimates for Fri/Sat don't change much. It's Sunday that changes the most.

Well, yes. He left JL. But DIB is referring to the DCEU in general. Which, I think Snyder should still be involved. He has vision.

That is indeed a great number for WW. The Mummy should be good enough for $30m and that's good all things considered.

Deadline Saturday:
Wonder Woman - 23.8 (+51%)
The Mummy - 11.25 (-6%)
Captain Underpants - 4.9
It Comes At Night - 2.4

Wow. If that holds up it's a really great number for Wonder Woman.

So The Mummy already has $23m in the bank. Another $7m from Sunday should push it to $30m. But the film is sadly not the action adventure ride it should have been so harsh drops are expected. I think if it gets to $80m it has done well. Overseas will push it to $400m, which will be enough to carry on the universe. China already has $37m after just two days.

Hope it ends up with 55m-57m weekend
