140M seems low for a family film with an A cinemascore that opened to 45M. But it does have Beasts in week 3 and Moana over Thanksgiving to compete against, so we'll see. Call me optimistic, but I think it can survive. Kids were having a blast with Trolls all weekend at my theater.

Trolls should fall in the 30-39% range this weekend. Against Beasts, 40-49% range. Over Thanksgiving, it will suffer a harder droop than most, but it shouldn't fall more than 40% even against Moana.

So if Doctor Strange ends up grossing more than Fantastic Beasts (which looks possible now), nobody will get the top 5 right yet again.

Wow - though technically stuffp and Algren did not include Fantastic Beasts in their top 5, they both included movies that aren't making it like Arrival and The Accountant. So yes, no one is getting the perfect top 5 yet again.

The Space Between Us moves out of this release window, meaning Boo! A Madea Halloween moves into contention.

David nailed this Madea movie with his $75 million prediction.

Question no. 10 is still completely up in the air. I believe a strong contender now is a film no one predicted: Live by Night. But there is also still Collateral Beauty, Hidden Figures, Jackie, Silence, and the popular choice La La Land... Allied is out, though.

I think you're being pretty generous with both Moana and Santa. Hoping I get points for atleast one. I actually think I have a decent shot to win. My December predictions look pretty solid and I usually hate them at this point in the game.
