Wow, I was actually pretty close with my $28.6 prediction, and I thought it was a little too much. Hopefully it can still do well next week. (I don't want it to be #1 though, because I am biased towards Fever Pitch)

My UPSIDE OF ANGER prediction was dead-on.

I bet the actual weekend gross of SIN CITY will be lower than that. It still did excellent though.

Brilliant for SIN CITY. Solid for BEAUTY SHOP.

I predicted
SIN CITY $28M
BEAUTY SHOP $17M 5 day.

Struck gold this weekend :) Didn't enter the derby though lol.

Anyway, Boo ring Two fell hard again...anyway....$70M by start of next weekend.

Sunday projections are up at BOM. 43.7% drop sounds pretty good, so I don't expect Sin City to drop much further with actuals.

-14.2% on Saturday according to BOM.

-44% on Sunday. Not so bad, apart from the fact it fell more than THE RING TWO did (-11.5%)

Beauty Shop dropped only -31.9% on Sunday. Which is a very nice drop. It also rose 25% on saturday. Nice.

I rekon a total of around $81M (TEXAS CHAINSAW numbers, identical opening, smaller PTA) could be reachable. But it seems more likely that movie will fall a fair whack next weekend.

60 million? That's barely over a 2.0 multiplier neo! You've gotta be shitting me :???: Constantine didn't get all that great of WOM and nearly an identical opening but will finish with 75-80 million.

Anyways, fantastic for Sin City. Myself, I'm pleased since I nailed both the openers yet again (Sin City 27 million, Beauty Shop 14/17 million)

Awesome for Sin City, although I was expecting $30 million, but still an impressive number nonetheless. Beauty Shop did pretty good, it sould have some good legs in the coming weeks. Robots had an awesome drop and should make about $130 million when all is said and done. The Ring Two isn't looking too good. I don't even think it has a shot at $80 million now, $75 million looks more likely. The Upside Of Anger did excellent, and I expect this movie to hold up very well. I am amazed by how great Hitch is holding up, very minimal drops, and its almost out of the top 10! Ice Princess is doing good. It should have a very good multiplier when it is done. I don't think Million Dollar Baby is going to pass the $100 million mark its going to come damn close though. I'm going to say $98 million or even $99 million. Miss Congeniality 2 had a small drop. I was expecting at least a $50 million drop for this. It has a chance at $50 million, but it is still a disappointment.
