Post Record for largest second weekend drop broken?
I was looking at National Lampoon's Gold Diggers box office stats, and I realized that this is possibly the worst performing wide release movie ever. Although it probably didn't cost too much to make and was therefore not a huge loss to whoever distributed it, I believe it has set many records, none of them good.

Worst opening weekend for a wide release ($403,164)
Worst opening weekend PTA for a wide release ($379)
Worst opening weekend rank for a wide release (22nd)
Least amount of time in theaters for a wide release (10 days)
Worst multiplier for a wide release (about 1.3)

The reason that there is no data, not even estimated, for days 4-10 is probably because it had the worst 2nd weekend drop for a wide release, and the distributors did not want Gold Diggers to branded as a worse movie than Gigli.
But Gold Digger's total gross is listed at $527,000. That means after opening weekend it made only $123,836. That in itself is a 69.3% drop. But since it had to make some of that over the weekdays, it's 2nd weekend gross was much less. Let's say it made an average of 15k per weekday (which would give it an ultra-conservative 85% drop from it's sunday gross). That means its 2nd weekend would be $63,836 and it would have an 84.2% drop and easily break the record.

Although I can't prove that any of that is true, all of it is certainly plausible. I haven't dug through the BOM archives to prove all the other records, so they may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure no wide release movie performed worse than Gold Diggers

Hehe, I guess so. Is it on the charts at BOM? It should be.

I think the only reason they didn't put out numbers after the opening weekend was to prevent from getting all these bad records you mentioned!
