Post TOP 10 Worldwide Hits of 2005
Okay, after having gone through the final domestic Top 10 of the year and the final Top 10 opening weekends of the year, here's the last in the series.

8. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory - $442 million

With Wedding Crashers at 205 US right now, think it might hit at least that #10 spot of 335 worldwide.

On would think so too, but it has already been released in most countries and only made $56 million internationally. It only has Japan and Spain ahead of the big markets, I think.

Why will HARRYPOTTER 4 make any more than HARRYPOTTER 3? when every single installment, has dropped in WW BOX OFFICE considerably compared to the previous installment?

HP1: $976,475,550
HP2: $876,688,482 (- $99,787,068)
HP3: $789,791,069 (- $86,897,413)

Yeah, but the 4th one is going to JUMP from $789M to $885M ((+$95,208,931))

I don't see that happening, theres no reason for such an increase, considering it's fallen over $86M each time.

short response.

the 4th film has had the best marketing campaign out of the potter movies, not to mention it looks miles better than the rest. I think that the downward trend ends on November 18 2005, be there and watch history unfold ;)

Buuuuut, didn't everyone say that about the third movie? How dark it looked, and how much better it would be?

And how the 3rd book is the best, most favored one etc.

Only thing that Potter 4 might have in favour over third part might be release date. Just might though.

People don't understand how much a release date close to Christmas means for a family film AS WELL AS the fact that the book is being released in the same year. For instance, in Germany the book comes out less than two months before the movie. Same goes for many European countires. Do you have an idea how much through the roof the hype will be?
