Its going to drop at least 75%!
that is the 2nd biggest drop I have ever predicted! (biggest is Giglis)

Considering that Grind dropped 67%, I wouldn't be surprised...

I wouldn't be surprized either.

Good thing we probably won't have to predict for next weekends derby.

Well, if the openers were stronger it would lose more showtimes. Still, I think it will drop at least 65%.

How did Grind perform opening weekend in comparison to what Supercross is likely going to get? That would seem to be a good barometer of how hard it's going to drop.

The movie will fall over 70% for sure. Could we get a record fall? Did anybody ever find out how much Gold Diggers fell last September?

The Wednesday opening will soften the drop some. It certainly won't challenge Gigli's record 81.9% drop.

I'm 100% certain Fox moved to Wed. for that precise reason.

And it probably would have dropped over 75% if it had opened on Friday. I expect Undiscovered to achieve the feat.

Since this movie didn't drop 75%+ as predicted it is a huge success. ;)

It could happen actually. I expect most theaters to drop Undiscovered to only 1 showtime a day. My theater is doing that.

Or some theaters will just plain drop it. That's what some did with High Tension (Also from Lions Gate).

Undiscovered has joined the leagues of From Justin to Kelly, Gigli, Catwoman, Glitter and The Island in terms of high profile bombs

Catwoman and The Island are hardly in the same category as those other movies.

The question now is: will it challenge "Gigli"'s 3rd weekend drop on Labor Day weekend? That would be hilarious... Probably not.. it's Labor Day afterall :shades:

Yes, yes they are. Catwoman and The Island cost far, far more than say "From Justin to Kelly" and bombed every bit as hard. Just because they made more money dosen't mean they are any less of a fiscal disaster.

The Island has a ray of light internationally where audiences were subjected to improved marketing and classify stars differently [McGreggor is big globally; Johnasson is in vouge]. But movies like Stealth and Catwoman? Not so much.
