That's huge for The Wedding Crashers!
Right what I was thinking with Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. I knew this was going to be huge.

If so, then it won't even pass $150M. Where's your B.O. Messiah now?

Remember his cockiness when he said that F4 will pulverize Batman Begins and WOTW. Someone needs to bump that thread up, I think he also said that kids wanted something with alot of fun and something about CATCF reminding them of Michael Jackson

I said $28.8m for WC, hope they can pull through with such a strong friday.
Charlie was bigger than i had thought - $10mish bigger. I was orginally teetering on $55 but rounded down to 50

Great # for Charlie and WC. LOL BKB you really crack me up did you really think F4 would of grossed 65 M in its 2nd weekend when it didn't even make 60 it's 1st weekend. The Fact that you think F4 was this years POTC you were sadly Mistaken. F4 was this years Hulk by the looks of things and who knows maybe Charlie will be this years POTC. If it gets over 60 million it has a definate chance to make over 200 million more than F4 will make.

At this rate, $140M would be max.

The quote about FF4 making $65M 2nd weekend is fake. It was written as a parody of his posts. Roid just said it was BKB's to see how many he could fool. (I think)
The POTC of 2005 quote though, is real. He even told me to keep it cause it looked likely...

Credit to Killumanti for that quote too. I just changed his name to see if anyone would catch the difference since he does do a deadon impression of him

If these numbers are true, reports of CF at 90% in AM shows were full of crap.

Oh ok. Well still I think we can say once again that BKB was wrong about his predictions.

Well they were matinee shows and the pricing admission for kids is far less than adults so I doubt its BS not to mention the shows probably died down a bit later in the dusk

Check JMorphin's report. The sellouts were in the night. The AM shows were not even half full. If AM shows are at 90% you are looking at HP3 numbers, which BTW had lots of kids too.

I'd normally be disappointed at a movie like Fantastic Four falling that hard, but... I'm not. It doesn't deserve much more.

Excellent for both openers!
If Wedding Crashers follows Anchorman's pattern exactly this weekend:
Friday: $10,500,000
Saturday: $9,366,000 (-10.8%)
Sunday: $7,858,074 (-16.1%)
Weekend: $27,724,074
