Emmy Rossum, winner of the Hottest Rising Star category had this to say after receiving her award: "I'm very grateful that people are enjoying my work and are excited about my future! I love making movies, but in the end movies are made for those who watch them; and I'm glad that those who watch mine, enjoy them. It makes me happy to know that I'm able to bring joy to moviegoers."
