Correction? I'm lost.

When those friday numbers are out, I'll bump that thread up.

Bleh, these re-adjusted Sin City daily estimates messed up my predictions. Considering it's R-rated and all, I still don't expect a Friday increase better than 130%. Then again, if it makes $4 millionn on Friday, it stands a good chance at making $13.5 million over the weekend. Kill Bill Vol. 2 had a good second weekend mutliplier and even Man on Fire had a good weekend multiplier in its opening weekend. In any case, I expect the movie to break $13 million over the weekend and $70 million in total gross.

The Pacifier's increase is incredible. The movie might very well pull off $4 million this weekend and it looks like it'll break $110 million by the end of its run. Expect a sequel announcement soon.

Robots is also holding on well. However, it'll be the lowest-grossing CGI animated film in many years. I see it ending up with around $125-130 million.

That's terrible for Sin City. Two huge drops in a row during April is not good. This will fall atleast 60% this weekend.

Does this really surprise you though Zing?? :-k It's fans movie, not a casual moviegers movie and not only that, but it's violent as all hell.. It was guaranteed to be #1 for the 1st weekend out of sheer curiosity, but the curiousity factor has now died and folks are moving on, fans aside..
