Shouldnt the networks at this time be playing the ads for Elektra? I think I've only seen one commercial for the film and multiple ones for Racing Stripes. Most likely its going to be overpredicted

FYI, Algren is an obsessive Catwoman fan.

I think that Electra should get about or close to 100m WW, with a 60-40.

He said Catwoman would lose domestically

Thanks for speaking for me. [-X [-X [-X
Oh well, Elektra didnt do great, im surprisingly not gutted. It wont be as much as a financial disaster as Catwoman even if it grosses less, and who knew it would get only marginally better reviews? The trailers were miles better than Catwomans and the buzz was much better, so i guess we couldnt know. That said im still going to see Elektra on release here, and judge for myself. Of course the gross is dissapointing, but hey. Us Garner fans have a thick skin when from Alias was nearly cancelled post season 3

The point of bumping this thread, Roid, was because your agenda to rip this film apart had ended when it failed at the box office. Pat yourself on the back and let it rest instead of trying to incite some sort of argument
And Algren - dont just make totally piffle statements like "People prefer Catwoman to this shite!!!" without ANYTHING to back it up. in Every single major user review site Elektra outstrips Catwoman considerably. In my opinon, i honestly cannot fathom how ANYONE could consider Catwoman as a watchable movie; and the notion that its superior to Elektra dosen't even require me to laugh out loud - for its implicit. Catwoman was one of the worst made movies...ever. And in terms of the worst big budget movie ever? Yes indeedy.
