 I'm going to Thailand So I'm going to Chiang Mai, Thailand for Chinese New Year. I've just found a few places where Rambo was filmed, so I'm going to try and go to those. Luckily it was filmed on the same island as I am going to (and unlike most other films which are filmed in and around Bangkok). Has anybody been there before? and if so, what was it like? What do you recommend? where is good and interesting? I would absolutely love to go to the location of Kickboxer. But I think it's impossible to find it. I believe that was also in Chiang Mai.  Regardless, when we're there, I will try and catch some live kickboxing. It would be a waste if I didn't. Oh, and the snake farm in Rambo is a real business, so I will try and go there too. Re: I'm going to Thailand I haven't been, so I do not have any firsthand recommendations.  Based on what I am reading online, the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar sounds worthy of a visit. Re: I'm going to Thailand I sold all of my Rambo knives to come and live here in China  But yes, I believe there are riots going on...but not in Chiang Mai.
