Michelle Branch is reportedly pregnant. According to MTV.com, the 21-year-old singer and her husband, 40-year-old bass player Teddy Landau, are expecting their first child this August. The pair tied the knot last May.
Branch's good friend and band mate Jessica Harp congratulated her with a posting on thewreckers.org, the duo's official Website. Harp explains, "I just wanted to post my official congrats to M & Teddy. Yay for a new little Wrecker! Although Auntie Jess has already pulled through, purchasing some staple clothing...in the form of a precious little outfit with the phrase, 'I'm with the band.' It'll look pretty darn cute on that little gal. (No, they don't know what it is yet, but I have personally decided it's a girl.) Hey, I need another chick to pick up dudes with since Michelle went and ruined all the fun."
Meanwhile, the Wreckers will kick off a 23-city One Tree Hill tour on Monday (February 28) in Vancouver.
The Wreckers recently contributed "The Good Kind" to the album Music From The WB Television Series One Tree Hill. A full-length CD from the Wreckers is expected in June. Damn ... I woulda hit that too
