Hello everyone. In reference to LMR's account problems. I have edited this into the other thread in Appy's post as well.

He did not post that original comment, and has himself deleted it once we caught it. I have removed the post from here as well. If something seems that far out from left field from him, assume it really is, and that he didn't say it. Please notify the MODs if you catch a post like that again. thanks::

It was no your roomate, it had the hand of code manipulation again due to the fact that the subject heading (next to the little white page icon on the upper left hand side) had been altered from blank (as it is on the first two pages) to something about deep sex, etc.

Please if you notice something like this, tell the MODs asap, and further more, either ignore it, or if you choose to respond to it, do not "quote" it, because then if we remove the original message we need to go back and edit out the message from every subsequent quoting of it.

People that have over 500 posts here, its pretty clear what they're writing style is. I know the four people that responded all expressed a bit of surprise, and that is good because it means you know he would never say something like that. If you ever get that suspicion, please tell which ever MOD you are comfortable with asap. We do not check all the threads all the time, and I was the one who caught it this time. Next time, no one might. So we are asking for your help in this until we figure out who has access to LMR's account.

I am fairly certain that this was not from an outside source. Everything you are talking about can be manipulated through his account. I would suggest that you take off your auto log in if it bothers you. Otherwise talk to your roomate, we know its not you so no worries.

To edit the subject is the same as Editing a post, you just put in a subject in the field instead of leaving it blank (it is similar to changing a title). You can add a subject to every post if you wish, but most people choose not to. LMR's roomate may have thought he needed to put it in, and thus filled out that feild which is normally left empty.

The code manipulation earlier was my fault as I had the permission set incorectly on a few files, thus allowing someone to hack in. That exploit is gone, and whoever did this knows LMR's password.

Honestly, I can't think of many people who'd be able to do that kind of code manipulating and those I can think of, they wouldn't do stuff like that.

Merox, Eagle is right. Put your thing off auto login for a bit. See how that works. If there are no problems, atleast we know theres a fair chance it wasn't a hacking issue.
