Interesting.
My source (my college roomate freshman and sophmore year, well his older brother works for the bush camp) has been talking to me via IM, and he is telling me that they think they have Ohio.
Something about early counties are very big democrat, and the exit polls in other key counties are very favorable to Bush.
Similar in florida which he told me should be called Bush by 9:30.

I"M GOING TO ONCE AGAIN ASK COASTERMAN TO TAKE THOSE COMMENTS OFF ABOUT MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE HERE. SUCH GENERALIZATIONS ABOUT THE NORMAL AVERAGE POPULATION OF A pLACE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

It's going back and forth here. It was just 52% - 48% awhile ago, and this is from our local news
it is now 54% Kerry and 46% Bush in Ohio

It's basically down to Ohio.

It sounds as if Kerry may also have Pennsylvania.
It'll be quite the nail-biter if Kerry picks up Pennsylvania and Ohio, but Bush gets Florida.

Yahoo is reporting 49% Bush and 51% Kerry for Ohio. It it way too close to call if it stays like that, even with 50% reported. We all remember Florida 2000...
Anyway, with Bush getting Florida, I think he can win without Ohio.

Sad but yet true and yet the Liberals of America want us to side with these lunatics...DOWN WITH KERRY and his COMMIE WIFE I take great offense to that generalization there Coasterman. If you have any sense, you'll take that off and apologise to the thread creator here who himself is a middle eastern ... such a generalization about the people there is as bad as .. well ... its just wrong.
I stand in solidarity with Lord bABA on this CMan2002! Why perpetuate negativity even if it is done in jest!

I'm very worried. I'm also somewhat suprised that they haven't called Florida for Bush yet. I know they're trying to avoid another 2000, but, dang it, it's almost a given that Bush will win it.

If Bush doesn't get Ohio, he's probably not going to win. It does sound like Kerry will get PA to me, and that Bush will get Florida. I do know that there were thousands of new registered voters in Ohio from counties that supported Gore last election.

nader doesn't even have 1% of the votes, and since they always round up the percentages, it means he doesn't even have .5%.
I'm glad independents aren't stealing away as many votes as expected.
