iClinque's Happy is the bomb sorry. I'm on my 10th bottle in 3 years. I get the 100mL bottles too.
That Armani is avaliable at my local pharmacy. They have like a specific Armani section with an actual Armani sales rep. She's nice. While it isn't available everywhere, it's easily accessible. All my favourite shopping sites sell it.

Can't go wrong with Versace Blue Jeans. Affordable and smells greeeeeat.
Of course I do own about 10 more other types of cologne on top of that - Curve Chill, Davidoff Cool Water (old school, but <3), Davidoff Silver Shadow, Victoria's Secret Very Sex for Men (a present from my cousin, but it smells soooo good), Adidas Moves (again, so, so cheap, but surprisingly, it's the cologne people comment about the most), and a couple of others I'm forgetting.

there is no i before clinque. it was just a typpo.
it's just CLINIQUE HAPPY for men. It's different and it certainly stands out against other colognes. It does get noticed.
Bvlgari's AQUA and BLACK are equally nice as well.

Regular Dolce & Gabanna is nice, but it's way too popular.
That's pretty much why I like my Terre d' Hermes. It can't be compared with any other fragrance out there. It doesn't share anything with Acqua d'Gio, Cool Water, Polo Blue, Kenneth Cole, Reaction, Dolce and Gabanna, Eternity, Abercrombie and Fitch colognes, etc. And it's sexy, too.
Dior Homme is another mass-produced fragrance that I love that no one really uses.
As far as popular ones go: Hugo Boss Green and Lacoste Pour Homme. That's it!
I used to like Burberry Brit, but it's definitely a winter-only for us youngins. If you're 60, maybe you can get away with it in 90 degree weather.

This hugo boss I have on at the moment is so hot.
Joop make an good after dark one, but the rest of their other products overdo it and get boring after a couple of days.

I actually went into a Body Shop yesterday. I had earlier dismissed it as the "emo kid's" Bath and Body Works (you know, kids wanting to be "different" and all; the kind that would go for hemp-scented body shimmer instead of strawberry lemonade and peach-scented body shimmer), but it's actually cool (and natural and shit, so I guess it's now the poor man's Aveda).
I think I've fallen in love with their shave cream (and the brush to go along with it). It's even better than my old staple - Colgate Aloe.
Michael, they have a whole face regimen using Tea Tree. You might want to check it out, a lot of the stuff is foaming so it'd probably last 100x longer than your Proactiv.

So this may sound really stupid, but where do you guys get your clone? I'm assuming this stuff you are mentioning can't be found at like Target or the like, right? I am looking for some nice stuff as I have just been using cheap shit before now.

...if you feel like paying full retail price. Avoid neimanmarcus.com, Saks is the better retailer. Neiman Marcus employees are disgusting.
If you want it heavily discounted and 100% legit, go to http://scentmonkey.com.

I don't know too much about fragrances (I've had maybe four my whole life, and don't even wear cologne - I use the deodorants that designers make to go along with the fragrances - as cologne is waaay too strong for me), but if you're looking for something ridiculously classy, check out Paul Smith London. It's dirt cheap (compared with the $80 you'd spend in Saks, it's about $20 on that site) and very few people in Ohio are even going to know who Paul Smith is.
The stuff I use - Terre d' Hermes is by farrrrr the most unique daytime scent ever created. I honestly don't mind if you guys try it out (and you should!). It's time to get rid of Cool Water/Acqua d'Gio/Polo Blue anyways!

$30 for a stick of deodorant? Hmm...I did just spend too much on a pair of Oakleys today, so maybe I'll pass on that for now. I will try the Paul Smith London. Do you think I will like it or should I get the sample they have on the site? It's only $3.00 with shipping, so...

Haha, I'm saving up for some prescription Ray-Ban aviators. I'm not big on the aviators, but when Ray-Ban and Italian designers are all you've got when it comes to prescription sunglasses, you've gotta go with the tried-but-true (well, there's also the cost difference of $100 to $200, plus the fact that my other prescription glasses are dolce's, and I'm not trying to look TOOO metro, so...).
I would encourage trying to find a discounted Terre d' Hermes - there's no way you won't like it. I like the London stuff, but unless you're in that "I just want a fragrance" mindset, and are really, really open to a new scent to define "you," I wouldn't go ahead and buy the 1.7oz. Try that with some other samples. I would recommend Mania, but I don't think you'd want to smell like loyal.
But it's always best to go to a mall with a mid-end and high-end department store if you're looking for something. Like Macy's or Dillard's or Kaufman's or something, and then a Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, or Saks Fifth Avenue. Brands like Dolce and Gabanna, Gucci, Kenneth Cole, Armani, Chanel, Prada, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, Dior can usually be found in the mid-end stores; Paul Smith, Hermes, Ted Baker, Thierry Mugler, Valentino, Boucheron should be in higher-end stores, not because the fragrances themselves cost more, but because the brands have niche like followings and aren't huge household names, unless you're really, really into fashion.

Torri you are by far the biggest metro on this site congrats.
As a young bi male heading into the media industry it is my duty to be a little appearance concious about basic stuff like skin and weight. But you, you know more about products than a gaggle of gay men and a salon of women! Kudos.

a gaggle of gay men?
Hm, maybe I will go ahead and get Terre d' Hermes. I am going to try some samples first before buying a bottle. I would go to a mall but the fragrance ladies scare me.

This is just a thread for people whom I refuse to put on the gay list. And out of it they shall remain. So sorry, torrino, if that is your real name, no matter how gay you act, and my god do you ever, you're not getting on that list

You will love it. It's not formal at all, and kinda smells earthy - in a fresh way.
But should we ever meet and a (hot) woman comes from behind and asks "what smells good?," you're giving me props.

You're bi?!
My excuse: I live in a very image conscious part of Washington, where it is not uncommon to see ten women IN A DAY with BMW convertibles, Chanel sunglasses, pitch-perfect tans, 7 jeans, and Louis Vuitton handbags. One plaza in my town has...: Cartier, Tiffany, Barney's, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, MaxMara, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Bvlgari, Jimmy Choo, and Dior. Nothing else. Blocks ahead are two high-end department stores. It's kinda gross.
I myself am not a brand whore (but I guess I'm a product whore, but shouldn't we all be? Just cuz we like steak doesn't mean we shouldn't have clear faces). Part of the "product" knowledge comes from my sister - she works at a popular salon in Beverly Hills that celebs frequent. She's always recommending things, which extends into other products, etc etc.

Yes. Big shocker there.
My excuse is living in halls of residence with basically girls and gay men for a year. Before that I was in a small town and wasn't really image concious at all. I wouldn't say im super image concious now, but I like to take care of my skin and body more. Losing weight also helped contribute to that.
Im sure there was a losing weight thread somewhere here, oh well.
40lb down, 12 to go!

YOU'RE SO FRIGGIN' SKINNY.
In America, we binge like crazy and gain like crazy. I'm a permanent 5'7. Two years ago, I was 125. In December, I already did my freshman-15, PLUS 10, and was 145. Now I'm 135, but I think 130 is a healthy weight.
You're probably like 125 with your 6'10 frame.
BTW, get on the chat so we can prove that the chat's not *that* stale.

hahah I am nowhere near 125!
If i were 125 at my height my bmi would be 14. something, i'd be unwell.
I don't really think BMI's are a great index though. I'm 21.7 and could still do with losing quite a few and major tonage. Swimming and cycling all summer will help this along though.

I'm sure you already have a tight ass stomach. My stomach has six-pack outlining, but it's so frustrating because I still haven't "defined" the area, even with dedicated ab workouts and more cardio than usual. That, and a stronger back, and at least getting back to 130. I'd like to be a 29 waist instead of a 30, then I can actually buy pants on sale instead of at retail, because for every 29, there's 29 30's. That said, I'm in pretty good shape.
I guess my goal should be to get to 128, then, since that'd be a 20 BMI. Is that what the BMI you're aiming for?
And I keep forgetting that you don't use our scales. Oh well
