Hookah is great because it's incredibly mild (both the consistency of the smoke and the buzz), tastes absolutely delicious, its a chill way to socialize, smoke-rings, etc....
and no worries about getting addicted to it.... it's pretty much impossible, unless you buy your own hookah and load up on flavoured tobacco. Trust me, I've got a pretty addictive personality and I've never been anywhere near addicted to hookah. I've never heard of anyone 'starting out on hookah' and moving on to cigarettes or anything.
My favorite straight up flavour is strawberry.... yummm. Mixing two different flavours can be awesome too... try vanilla + mint, or strawberry + peach. your picture looks like it was taken after you finished with a hookah Do you really get a big buzz after smoking, arsi?
