Can you give me some hints on what to eat at these specific times during the day....as, that is 3-4 hours inbetween each meal.
My sister is very fit, so this might help. This is her schedule
Breakfast: 7am - 2 slices of whole wheat toast and like 4 fried egg whites. But Fried with vegetable spray not oil.
Snack: 10 am: 1 apple, 1 granola bar
Lunch 12: Tuna with chickpeas and union.
Snack: 4 pm: orange cup of almonds.
dinner: 7 pm: Baked salmon and boiled veggies.
My sister is used to that regiment, I, on the other hand, would not be able to stick to that.
Also keep in mind that my sis weighs like 110 pounds, so for a male, who normally weighs much more, you should eat more.
