That none of these awesome songs made the cut and instead total crap songs were nominated is a shame for the taste of this forum l nominated Let Go 5 times..
How can you nominate 5 times?

Oh, and you can pm me too if you don't want to post in the thread. I just want to know who else saw it, who even heard enough about it in papers to nominate it, or barring that, who the hell listens to all my lunatic ravings?

The Terminal- 6 I bet it was a split vote. If not for one, the other probably would have made it. Stupid me, I skipped voting on this one because I was in a rush. It nearly made the difference. #-o Just me and my double account, Michael Bay is God, and it would have been there. Anyway, Ziyi Zhang and Yimou Zhang were both close. Too bad.
Yeah, I'm sad that neither Hero or House of Flying Daggers could get an art direction nom, although I'm actually quite happy to see that Ziyi got that many votes. Yimou also had a couple of votes for Hero.

Were there any animated features with just one vote?

I think some people thought "Overlooked" means "Overlooked by oscar and other awards" instead of "Overlooked by box office or general public", which was the category initially designed to be. Some believe films like Spider-Man 2, Kill Bill, I, Robot, and The Incredibles aren't getting the accolades that they deserve, even though they made a bunch in the box office.
