Who the fuck cares, unless they are a Britney or a Madonna fan. I;d rahter hear about hwo the efforts to help tsumani vicitm sare going, not the Britney decided to part with some money, whose existence she will niether notice nor miss.

SO they donated moeny to a charity, people do it everyday. I didn't post a thread because I women I know at the gym gave$5000 to the Tsunami effort. And jsut because they donated an amount in the millions doesn't make it more special,t hey are worth considerably more then most people. Sam could not donate that amount of moeny even if he wanted to, he doesn't have it.

Sam has every right to rag on other people for donating millions of dollars, even if he himself has not done the same.

It is great that the victims of the Tsunami are getting money, but anything hteir is some diaster this is what happens..celebrties write big c heks, performs a few concerts, blah, blah...great, but its given far to much weight.

As I said, i care more about hearing what Bono, Angelinia Jolie, etc are doign since they are out their trying to make the lives better for people who are not national news, and the are trying to get people to care about poverty stricken areas that the 6 O" clock news doesn;t want to report about.

I just don;t like that we exalt celebrities to higher fame for doating large sums of money, its great that they give to charity, but its not like they are going to notice the loss of money. The owmen at my gym was going to vacation where the tsumani happened, instead she gave the money to help the victims and opted not to a take a trip at all.

There are peopel all over the world doing good things, when celebs do it, it doesn;t need to be national news.
