I'd put sight first, hearing second, and legs third. In terms of most value to me.

I really don't want to go blind. Blindness ruins movies, ruins art, ruins the beauty of nature.

I guess legs are next. I can always get robotic ones so its a minor short-term inconvience at best.

Deaf people seem to still have a lot of fun and you can actually feel music, so front row at Radiohead wouldn't suck too much. Plus, lots of sex at deaf people conferences. Summer camp too.

I have always thought that if I lost any of my senses I would just simply commit suicide. But tbqh, I am not sure I could actually commit suice, ever.

But hey if we're gonna bring it down to dollas and cents I'll go with sight because to not see the beautiful things in this world is a tad bit much to ask of one person I think.

Sight, really. For a film fan it's just even moreso devastating. I also love to travel.

Traveling without legs would be pretty hard or not much fun though.

Touch would be a huge deal I think. For one it means no sexual pleasure!

I'd lose my legs first, then eyesight, then hearing.

On touch, well I was just thinking that you could relate with the eyes/brain > I know you can become stimulated just seeing things. And truthfully, I would want to lose any of the others.

Also on the legs, how good would sex be without legs > unless you just wanted to be "ridden".

Like the majority here I would have to put being blind as the worst. Not only would I not be able to watch movies or sports, I would also have to learn braile in order to read. That would be awful! At least being deaf you can still read all the books you want.

Losing my legs would be a close second though. It would be hard to go from running/playing sports a lot to nothing. Although I'd most likely join a wheelchair basketball league.

Of the 5 sense smell would be the easiest to go without. My olfactory glands don't work and it really isn't that bad.

There's a blind girl in my class, and she has this special computer program that reads everything to her, so she can still go on the internet and take notes in class and study normally. She can also watch movies and TV...you have to explain some things to her, but amazingly even if you don't she still understands the movie!

I would say sight, but every time I see one of Munky's posts here I start to have my doubts.

Same order as shack, I couldn't stand to lose sight, I love reading (not listening to taps or using brail or w/e but actually reading) and I love film, so that would be bullshit. I wouldn't like loosing my hearing but I could bear it. Legs would simply be annoying, they're not really that important to me, it would just be kinda weird.

Because you want to hear my voice. Thus your hearing is most important to you!
