 Winter Break
With 4 exams down and 2 to go tomorrow, I am GREATLY anticipating this long break. Movies, sleep, food, parties, and what seems to be the real meaning of Christmas this year: the separation of church and state.
Tehe.
So what are your plans for the break?

Finals on Monday (Physics) and Tuesday (History)...and the break starts on Thursday...If I wasn't so exhausted, I'd be delighted, but I coming of a final in my major in which I wrote 23 pages today after pulling an all-nighter...

I give my last final on Tuesday December 21st from 7-10pm, then I have to submit grades by December 28th.
School starts on the 18th, but since I am a teacher I will liekly have ot go in over break and prepare, and have meetings.
I was supposed to go to Tenessee ove rbreak, instead I am having all four of my wisdom teeth out..yeah, break this year is going to bite the big one.

Well, not actually, since I think its going to involve alot more sucking liquids through straws.
Heh, I'm never getting mine removed, I think its a load of money-making bs.
I have to wrap up my last paper for this weekend, and then I'm done my first semester back. Wow, I hope next semester is better is all I have to say, because I'm going to start focusing up my selection as soon as I get the core stuff out of this way. Core curriculum is like getting your wisdom teeth pulled, expensive, painful, and you can't even really be sure if it will benefit you down the road.

You actually cannot use a straw after, it prevents clotting.
I love straws and I willhave to go without for the entire healing process *sniff*

PublicEnemy, don't complain. I've only got nine days....
Though, my Break will rock! I'm going to Mexico - Puerto Vallarta for a couple days and Mexico City (pray that I don't get kidnapped!) for a couple days (a week in total, heh. I'm not sure if I'm spending 4 days in Puerto Vallarta or 4 days in Mexico City). We've been trying to plan a Mexico trip since I was in 8th grade, so, I'm anticipating visiting Mexico outside of Tijuana (which I visited for a couple days when I went to San Diego last winter break)...Plus, it improves Spanish

I was done a few weeks ago, and don't have to go back until the 2nd week of January. (Or the 3rd, I can't remember). I'm so glad to actually have a break for once, and I only need to read 2 books for next quarter, so it wont be that bad. I plan on seeing a lot of movies and spending time with Lauren. I'll also be working a bunch, even on Christmas Eve. (But only until 3 o'clock.)

Oh, goodness me, I can't wait for break.
Grading a monstrous amount of stuff right before the break is not fun.

I finished today.
Having said that, my plans for the holidays is to end up doing more studying during the break than outside of it.
Heh.

Agreed, good luck getting it all done...I feel like I will never finish, in part because during the semseter I have a TA that grades everything for me.

My winter break began yesterday, as I flew to Florida. As we speak right now, I am posting from a Cruise liner. I'll be on here for 10 days and then I am coming back home where I will have 5 more days off. I'll probably take those 5 days to do some makeup work for my school.

Be very very careful!, and dont wear any jewelry when you are on the streets! and be careful too with taxi, (well just dont get in taxi's if you look very american like, you will be in trouble, they will charge you more than normal!)
Good Luck!!
