In Julian Calendar, every 4th year has an extra day, like the year 2000, 2004, 2008, etc. It includes the year 1900 and 2100 as well. In the modern calendar, the skipped days depend on... idk how to say this, but probably the extra day of February in the year 1700 of Julian Calendar is part of the skipped day.

I didn't know when to talk about this but I recently completed work on a novel and I'm very excited about it.
