Paddy didn't even get nominated lol. God forbid even a single member of The White Lotus miss out on the supporting categories.

Yes, typical Emmys - they fixate on a single or few shows and ignore everything else of worth.

I mean yeah it sucks but does it really change the fact that this was on air in the same year that Succession aired its final season? Paddy never stood a chance

We back.

They could have spent a little longer looking for Aemond I think...

Solid first episode though after seeing this I think they may have chickened out a bit in terms of the final scene

People keep saying that, but would it really have mattered? Child murder isn't exactly shocking to Thrones fans anymore. Seems like more people were upset about the dog being kicked. Helaena almost immediately giving up her son to save her daughter is more character growth for her than the entire first season combined.

Also, be careful when doing a rewatch of Game of Thrones everyone. Joffrey spoils the ending to this show in the third season while trying to impress Margaery. lol.

I felt really bad for the dragons. They should just kill all the Targs and live free.

Surprisingly dull episode to follow up the fireworks of last week. I guess losing two of your best characters takes time to recover from. I'm concerned at how little I care about Daemon's plot though. Oh well, even the worst House of the Dragon episode is still better than the majority of entertainment out there.

Will this be eligible for the upcoming emmys or does it have to wait?

Nice bounceback episode.

Though... while I still give my loyalty to Queen Rhaenayra, I have to wonder why, of all the dragons, they would try to bond Seasmoke, the only one who still has a living rider (maybe?)

Seasmoke being all like fine, I'll pick the closest thing I can get to my old homie was pretty funny though.

100% support the HLA.

While I've enjoyed this season a lot, it had been missing the 10/10 episodes of which season 1 had several of. This one was an 11. I love how the dragons are just like "hey sexy" when they finally choose someone.

Not a bad episode in itself, but felt kinda underwhelming as the finale. So much so that I thought

Spoiler: show
They might pull the trigger on the one shocking death that I know is coming up from Joffrey spoiling it on GoT.

Definitely should have had a 10 episode season like the first one.

Wow what a send off for Viserys! The scene with him walking in through the head slice at the end was epic.

Eye patch guy is a problem. I wondered for a second if he was just going to murder all three of the brunette boys right there.

Just got to episode 4. Yup, eye patch guy is a problem.
