SUPER MARIO BROS. with the
-biggest opening in the history of Illumination -biggest opening of the year -third biggest opening of the 2020s -third biggest Easter opening of all-time -seventh biggest April opening of all-time
All of this in admissions of course and using just the 4 day regular weekend...
In five days the movie sold around 1,215,000 tickets (€12.3m)

Believe it or not, but judging by Thursday's sales, GOTG3 could drop just 10 % in its second weekend while SUPER MARIO could increase in its 6th weekend...

Re: Germany Box-Office Thread
This week is research week (looking for old data in the archives of two major distribution companies) with lots of traveling involved...
But I did do a basic forecast, first trend is 275k - same as ALADDIN's 288k - Both opened to great weather...

Re: Germany Box-Office Thread
Despite upcoming release schedule it should do 1.5m+ right.
