Watching the British stream of this, pretty funny how much they're like the American announcers during a Roddick match. Murray's up 1 set and they're talking about how Federer's on the ropes, they don't see how he can win this match and how Murray feels like he's in a different weight class :funny:

Murray's game just looks incredible right now with the way he's upped his serving and attacking.

Azarenka is the most annoying female tennis player playing right now.

Can't stand her hooting on every single fucking swing. Can never root for player like that.

Came back to hold serve. Was nervous since it looked like Na was wincing as they were about to start play again.

Triple break to even it up then bad breaks. A net cord and a bad unforced error cost that game. Hole that isn't a turning point for the third set now . Regroup Girl!

WOO. Vika's my #1 female tennis boo, and yes, it's because she's hot.

They're much hotter female tennis players than her.

You're talking to Shack.

Novak ties it up. Saving that triple-break point was HUGE.

Murray has to win the 3rd set IMO. Can't see him wining back-to-back sets against Novak.

Indeed, this match is epic.

OMG GEZ NO!!!!!!

HOW COULD YOU NOT GO SEE THIS LIVE!!!

I know I should of. Plus it's a public holiday tomorrow so now work either - makes it even more stupid of me. Truth is I was there last night for the women's final, out with friends the day before and went to see The Killers in concert a few nights earlier. So I'm on thin ice with the wife!!

Tennis was through work but Killers through a friend of mine known as "the infiltrator" and the "sith" - front row in a small venue to with Brandon Flowers a foot away = awesome. Will post some pics in the music thread.

Looking like Djok's slam now...

Hope Novak wins, but sad not to see Nadal and Federer in the final. I hate Murray.

What's that now, 5 slams for Novak? Pretty good, but he'll never beat Federer.

I hope Nadal comes back soon.

Djokovic- The "D" is silent.

:funny:

I was just thinking the same last night as I had just seen Django.

Im glad he won. I just cant warm to Murray and feel that if this is THE rivalry of the next few years - its going to be hopelessly one sided. So I do hope Nadal/Federer can mix it with Djokovic in Slam finals over the next few years.

Um

I just found out today but its old news.

Serena Williams is back to #1!
What a great achievement and dedication to claw her way back to the top at 31 years old. She may not hold it long but who cares!

Serena recently won the Italian Open. It was her 4th title this year. She's riding a 20 something win streak I think. I'm so happy she's back at top form after that unreal injury she had to deal with. Bravo!

What was with the whining by McEnroe and Carillo about Isner being I the fifth set with no tie break? Boo the fuck who. Then Isner is standing during the break so he doesn't cramp. Boo hoo. Tommy Haas sat down and had a big gulp. Are you kidding me? God damn commentators just crying over the fifth set because there isn't a tie break.

Guess what if Isner hadn't dug a damn hole he wouldn't have needed five set. If Isner had taken care of business at 4-1 in the fifth or if he had converted his match point maybe they wouldn't have been crying like little children on national television. Embarrassing for Isner to have these people crying about him playing freaking tennis. Lastly, Isner gtf better. You playing in five set matches is played out.

Serena rolls again. At least NBC showed 90% of the match after Federer's scare. Bless them both!
