Lulz, so tomorrow is the season finale and oh god, i cannot express how much the wednesday release hurts this show.

I remember staying up all night to watch WandaVision once it premiered each friday because is so much easier to stay up ona thursday night than say a tuesday night. Plus it gets lost in the shuffle during the weeknd, something WV dominsted the internet chitchat during the weekends.

I am not sure on the Wednesday release as well but I am not excited for the final episode even though last episode ended with a cliffhanger.

I am very excited for the finale and 100% agree. The Wednesday release makes it feel less important. Hawkeye will be back on Fridays.

There was a change in background of MCU logo with some of the famous "one-liners" from past movies. I wonder if that was for just this episode or is that something they will do going forward

So this episode never felt like end of a season but more like mid-season break episode. Luckily they confirm that Loki will return in Season 2 otherwise this would have been easily the worst season of MCU TV shows thus far. As a season finale it does nothing I would have rather that they ended this season with last episode instead.

This episode was meh. I like they showed Kang but nothing really happened with him. They literally just sat and talked for 15 minutes of this episode.

And multiple sighs, grunts in between that felt like they were running out of things to talk.

Uh... that finale was kinda lame lol

Easily the worst MCU show so far.

That was great :D can't wait to see Kang again in future films.
The fact that Sylvie is the cause of what's going to happen in Spider-Man 3, Doctor Strange MOD and Antman 3 :D is awesome!

Good stuff with Kang, but too many cliffhangers.

4
1
5
2
6
3

Would be my order. The top 3 were all fantastic.

The stuff with Kang was a distraction it does not give any substantial or smart answers.

Bad casting choice in that finale but I understand the politics. Last episode disappointed but I’m looking forward to Season 2 nonetheless.

So this was a way to bring the spiderverse to life?

When HALF the finale is just three characters talking about nothing is just pure shit. Also it's pretty obvious Loki "rdturned" to another universe/timeline at the end.

Well they clearly had Prince in mind when designing the character, so he fit well with that. I imagine the Kang variants will all have their own personalities while trying to invade the multiverse across phase 4.

The episode would have been great if we had more coming this year. I’m pleased we got a season 2, but I think this season needed at least one more chapter. It’s like if we heard “That makes you the Scarlett Witch!” Then cut to “WandaVision will return in two years!”

Overall an excellent series so far though. WandaVision was never something they were gonna be able to replicate, but Loki sets the blueprint for future shows so much better than Falcon.

Yeah it's classic Marvel that keeps on giving you the lollipop that you can never get. At some point when they call a series ending it should have a closed ending. These TV shows haven't done a good job of closing arcs, which never feels the case with MCU movies because there sole reason seems to be setting up future and that's not interesting as a standalone series. In the end the movies will also have to reference these arcs and they will just be explained in a single sentence that's how much depth these series bring without a character arc

... Both of the last two shows had closed arcs? The situations that caused the initial conflicts were resolved.

Character arc. You don't watch MCU stuffs because of great plot arcs; it's pretty much the same shiny object with different settings and costumes; it's the action and comedy balance that draws all four quadrant audience. These last two shows have done bad job with comedy and character arcs which is the sole reason these series were exciting at first.

When is hawkeye premiering? I can't wait for the weekly thread title changes no more.
Is it sad that i'm waaaaay more interested in finding out if Florence will take over thr Black Widow mantra than Hawkeye himself?

Well Hawkeye's release date hasn't been confirmed yet but rumors has it that it will premier sometime in fall 2021 so I am guessing after or around the same time as Eternals.

October would be ideal for Hawkeye, but I’m thinking it is more likely for December. Pugh was confirmed for it before Black Widow came out.

Ms Marvel early next year?

I thought the last Loki episode was fine, but it was just very typical TV-y. It's a fine show, Hiddleston is just good and I like the introduction on the TVA. But certainly it's not as fun and interesting as Wandavision. I didn't watch The Falcon & Winter Soldier yet, but I'm not really interested in it either.

November 24 for Hawkeye. A long time aways!

So in between Shang Chi and Eternals. They will probably find a way to connect them somehow. Though I do feel that with TV and movies MCU is getting a little too much at this point.
