Re: Marvel/DC/Comic Book Movie Discussion Can't believe that release dates were set for sequels to F4 and Terminator long before the films were released. Especially so because both looked like struggling at the BO. I guess another Termaibator film may happen but thankfully not another F4.
Fox should just stick to X-Men, though would be nice if they could strike a deal like Sony did with Spider-Man on that franchise too.

Just someone saying "this is when the sequel will be released", so it's not surprising that they set release dates so early. In fact, it's expected...to show confidence in their forthcoming installments. From now on whenever a studio sets release dates to sequels of films that have not even been released yet, that should be an indicator that the film will probably suck and flop.

Not sure I've seen a cast/crew with better chemistry behind the scenes, besides Mr and Mrs Smith.
