It's hard to care too much either way.

She's sexy. She gives a decent performance in The Town (she meets the role's demands at least). But I have no real strong opinion yet. She seemed very uncomfortable and out of her league in Green Lantern, playing this Strong, Ambitious, yet Tender Businesswoman character. The movie blew in general, but she seriously couldn't even sell simple scenes.

I am eager to see Savages, though.

She is pretty and hot, I liked her on Green Lantern and The Town, but she is not very talented. I hope Savages can save her career because she has not acted in anything big lately besides the tv series she lead??

She's talented enough. She was good in the Traveling Pants movies and The Town.

She would have quietly disappeared, too, if it wasn't for marrying Ryan Reynolds. She would have been another Ashley Judd or Rene Russo or Elizabeth Berkley, but now she has been elevated to the classes of Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Lopez. She has extended her career beyond the limit women usually get by way of marriage to a superstar. It also helps that she's hot. Being hot is key. If you're not hot, being attached to a star is a limited time deal.

Yeah she has a nice old school look but is doing hallmark movies right now if not for Reynolds (who I forgot also married ScarJo... Damn).
