Well technically i did see The Visitor in theatre this evening. Shame it was only the trailer, but that's a minor detail . It didn't help that one of my friends leant over and said very loudly 'oh look, wasn't this the film we were SUPPOSED to be seeing?' ho hum.

I guess i'll try and catch it next tuesday, although i doubt i'll be able to talk many people into a second attempted viewing...

absolutely brilliant

elegant, post-structurally influenced story of peaceful, sexy destruction (i made that up, but i think its true). hot hot hot hot.

better than dark knight.

Very enjoyable, thoughtful film. Haaz Sleiman and Richard Jenkins gave brilliant performances.
