Wow, I'm just 500k behind second placed publicenemy#1, and with Black Panther probably having another $100m? left in its run, that bodes very well for me securing second place. But we'll still see. Nothing guaranteed. I thought I might have eclipsed him this weekend (still might with actuals), but it will happen on Monday anyway. |

I need a good performance from the Whale to get me past SolC9 for 2nd in our group (could happen) I had a good draft but even if I correctly take Top Gun in Rd 2/3 I still end up below Rev to put his in perspective |

Can Rev make it to $1.7 billion? Riggs made it to $300 million. Yay! Can Avatar 2 push him out of last place? With all of Jack Sparrow's picks out, sadly he won't reach the coveted billion mark. pe#1 has a strong Christmas lineup. Looking good for second place. The only way I retain it is if Puss in Boots flops, because I don't see Whitney Houston and Otto making much. I guesstimate that he'll need more than $120 million from those three to surpass me. |

Interestingly, me or Rev won every round besides one: Riggs' Crawdads won round 9. Round 1 is still undecided as Avatar: The Way of Water needs to top Black Panther: Wakanda Forever for Riggs to claim another. But it's still interesting how only three of the six players (and really just two) won all the rounds. It shows how one-sided this group was. |

With the weekend estimates (the most up-to-date number so far), Riggs is no longer last! Unfortunately no chance of catching Sparrow on $953m, though. As for second/third place, pe#1 is catching up on me. He's currently $39 million behind with Puss, Whitney, and Otto still in play. I only have Wakanda Forever and Violent Night. Puss is doing better than expected, and if it goes on to make something crazy like $130 million then he'll get second place and I'll drop to third. Wakanda Forever is still earning good money, though, so that may push it closer to the wire. I'm just hoping that kids movies die after New Years. Also, I do expect some revised domestic totals for films such as Lyle, Lyle, Crocodile. |

I think I've resigned myself to finishing third now. publicenemy#1 is only $30 million behind, and I can't see Puss + Otto + Whitney not making at least another $40 million (and my Violent Night/Wakanda Forever duo are dying down now).
