I wish that Fantastic Beasts trailer had come out before we drafted. I figured that Crimes of Grindelwald might have been an everything went wrong situation, and the strength of the brand would overcome one bad movie. Now it doesn't seem like anyone cared about this film, including the people making it. Wouldn't be surprised if it missed $100M.

Riggs' team has all the cool people on it. I should have picked Wick instead of Dumbledore ...

zwackerm, why has Under the Boardwalk been replaced with Blazing Samurai?

Admittedly, Blazing Samurai has better box office prospects, but I have not agreed to any change, so I am not taking any $50m loss because of this change. I do not even understand why the change was made. It's not a title change, it's a completely different movie. The only things they have in common are the same release date and the same distributor (Paramount Animation).

Yea I think some of us would have drafted Blazing Samurai if it was available

Since 65 has been moved to 2023, in accordance with the rules I will pick a replacement movie and incur a $50m penalty. The movie will be The Expendables 4.

stuffp, since you also have this movie, do you agree to said change?

My strategy in our group was to avoid the movers and so far I'm doing pretty well

Maybe it's bad, but Deep Water should've came out in theatres, I think it could've had a nice adult thriller run.

I vote against letting someone replace a late round movie with Shazam 2.

We should do a mid year one round draft. Whoever lost the highest picked movie, in this case Aquaman 2 but eventually Avatar 2, gets the first pick and so on down the line.

I think Aquaman and Shazam just be switched with a 50 mil penalty, a moving into a year is a unique situation that the rule wasn't really designed for. It's the most fair.
