THWB looks like it will hit #1 this weekend. Still, it will finish with no more than 40% of its predecessor's total. Even with the pandemic, that's still not a good total especially when it cost $50M before advertising costs.

Deadline claims that the budget for HWB is $70m out of which 1/3 is borne by LG.

The reported budget mentions LG's number separately at $25m-$30m so they could have gotten a lot of tax returns, sales in OS and other stuffs to earn back the production budget of $70m. Anyways going by exact $70m it needs $175m WW total and around $135-$140m OS to breakeven.
