Post FINDING NEVERLAND (DEPP) BO Predictions & Anticipation
Seeing that there are no threads set up for Finding Neverland - Johnny Depp, Kate Winslet AND the Peter Pan story - and it is playing near me this weekend? Let me start one.

What are your BO predictions for Finding Neverland?
What are your feelings on Finding Neverland based on the trailers?
Any other comments on Finding Neverland.

Since no one is talking about this movie, I checked the RT #'s.

So far very good with some great comments about Johnny Depp. Goldie has a feeling this is going to be a nice movie.

So on RT, it is sitting at 81%.

Guess, no one cares about this movie, I will have to check it out this weekend to see if is as good as the critics say.

And yes, I will see Depp in all movies.

I predicted $0.343 for it, making it around a $40,000 PTA. That would be really good for it, and I've been hearing lots of buzz around it, as well as for Kinsey.

If Lost in Translation can open to a $40,211 PTA in 23 theaters, and Mystic River can do $49,293 in 13 theaters, American Beauty can do $53,845 in 16 theaters, and Adaptation can do $54,925 in 7 theaters; then I think Finding Neverland can manage $57,000 PTA in 8 theaters, good enough for more than $0.45 million.

Does anyone have any predictions / feelings on Finding Neverland's FINAL BOX TOTAL. The opening weekend will have to wait until it's wide opening.

I saw this film a few weeks ago and LOVED IT!!

I think it will garner lots of attention come Golden Globes and Oscar time. Expect that to factor into box office.

...or not. it's looking toward a well-below-$30,000 PTA weekend, around 200k total. This is Garden State territory.

I did also. The movie started off alittle slow but then you got caught up in it. Overall, the movie was great.

Warning for Depp fans, this is closer to the slower Eternal Sunshine than faster Pirates of the Caribean.
