Over a week at #1 for Missy on the movie charts. Signing Happy Madison was one of the smarter things Netflix has done.

No update so I’ll go ahead and give Avatar and Missy another point.

Lovebirds was OK but will fit right into Netflix’s original catalog.

The willoughbys did pretty great for something no one really heard of or has been marketed. Almost 40 million views in a month and change.

The chart was a day before The Lovebirds released.

Has to be considered a little disappointing right? I know Kumal and Issa aren't big stars like Hemsworth, Wahlberg and David Spade but this was supposed to be a theatrical release. They should have put Stuber on at the beginning of the month to increase interest. Could still see it rising to #1 tomorrow, but I guess Avatar taking another 3 days wouldn't be the worst thing.

Outer Banks finally dips out after a nice little run. Uncut Gems premieres today and I'm pretty sure it will be #1 for the next week, but I was off on Lovebirds so maybe not?

Happy Madison so well on Netflix. Love that Avatar is holding steady at #2 so most probably it's finding new audience.

It actually didn’t. Definitely makes Lovebirds look a little better knowing that not even the Sandman could break the top two.

Uncut Gems is quite old and as good as the movie is its not very mainstream IMO. When it was released here it was promoted heavily though Netflix didn't have ranking system back then. It did enter top 10 movies a few times here in the past month.

Sweet Magnolias is holding really well I thought it would be frontloaded like Mindy.
