Epica is releasing a collaborative album in November, The Alchemy Project, featuring a number of different artists.

First single:

Epica also remastered their first live CD/DVD, 2005's We Will Take You With Us, featuring several of their bigger songs from their first two albums. It went out of print in 2007 and hasn't been available at all in 15 years, and the videos on YouTube and elsewhere before now were rather low quality, so having a remastered re-release is pretty cool. I'll share their biggest song from that era:

“We were like gods at the dawning of the world, & our joy was so bright we could see nothing else but the other.”
“There are three things all wise men fear: the sea in storm, a night with no moon, and the anger of a gentle man.”
“You have to pretend you get an endgame. You have to carry on like you will; otherwise, you can't carry on at all.”
"Paper is dead without words / Ink idle without a poem / All the world dead without stories."

Latest from Twilight Force. More on the power metal side (or Dragon Metal) of metal than symphonic, but a favorite either way.

New album, At the Heart of Wintervale, out on January 20th.

I'm gonna take over your thread again for the new hot name in metalcore: Invent Animate.

The first song is heavy af, the second is more melodic and the third is a bit in the middle.
