A band that creates masterpieces like "Wish You Were Here", "Meddle", "The Dark Side of the Moon" and "The Wall" ultimately deserves an A.
rusty, did you already listen to the new Roger Waters tracks I mentioned on BOM.

Yay. They weren't that bad. Pretty good actually. Not Floyd quality but still good nonetheless.

A few classics? I guess it's all in the eye of the beholder. I still believe that albums like Darkside of the Moon, Wish You Were Here and The Wall (being 3 of floyd's most commercial success') are quite amazing albums.

Going from a psychedelic sound to symphonic rock is that crazy?
I think the opposite is crazy.
Personally, I think the guys do well.
Hopefully David Gilmour continues to do session work for groups like Gare Du Nord.

The problem with Pink Floyd has always been their approach to music. One cannot be expected to like PInk floyd by picking up one of their respectible songs, listening to it once and making a judgement. The thing about Pink floyd is to listen to them a number of times, let them grow on you .. thats the only way to appreciate them ...
Run like hell, along with comfortably numb come to mind ....
Plus, their music is capable of driving people away ..... pretty dark!!
My own grade? A

I actually hated Pink Floyd the first couple times of hearing them but it grew on me. Now they're one of my favorite bands.
