Not feeling too good about my Suns finals pick. I think they needed either a "fuck you 30 point lead in the first half of game 2 after losing 1st game at home", or to waste the Kawhi less Clippers and neither happened. Suns were worst possible team for Jokic's defense in 2021 but now that Paul is not that good anymore and just watching Booker and Durant shoot like the Celtics PG beside Brown and Tatum it's not the same.

While my Cavs might be humiliating the city on a daily basis, my picks are looking decent since I was the only one who didn't have Bucks in finals.

Wow Milwaukee was playing so good and just steadily controlling 10-15 pt lead. But Miami had Jimmy big dick. Not sure I've seen many series like this in the NBA where the 3-1 team feels like they have only a 50/50 chance to win the series.

I've never been more embarassed for one of my home teams and this is coming from someone who has to watch the Browns every week. Knicks had 18 more rebounds tonight and 58 in the entire series. Jarrett Allen was a disaster. JB Bickerstaff was a disaster. Mitchell was as close to a disaster as a star player can get. And because of the Giannis injury, there was an actual path to the finals this year. And they come out with that little effort in an elimination game at home?? The team clearly had no desire to continie playing basketball together. It's the type of loss that stings in the moment while also smothering all hope for the future as well. This team is never making it further than the second round and they'll be lucky to get that far. Traded five first round picks, the most improved player Lauri Markonenn and Colin Sexton just to be Utah East.

Hard to guess on Heat v Knicks. Both got very lucky with their first round matchups, but also were not tested very much. Heat have the experience edge but are also older and barely made it through the season. I think Knicks take it in a very ugly game 7.

Sixers and Celtics probably the real eastern finals. Also probably the best opportunity Embiid and Harden will have for a title. They have to get it done.

Bucks I thought Game 5 would be their easy win and then game 6 the swing game. Ingles and Crowder being unplayable instead of the quality role players they've been for years was what they were missing for me. And Budenholzer is rigid as hell, another coach would've tried putting someone else than Holiday on Butler or mixing it up with Giannis C lineups or something when it wasn't working.

Normally Thibs teams outwork their opponents in the regular season but lose when they don't have that advantage in the playoffs, however the Cavs were pussies, so it worked through the first round this time.

I still expect splash brothers to do something special to win Game 7. Dont count out the champions. I want to see Lakers/Warriors series for once. I dont see either team being in serious contention after this year anyway. Even this year I expect Nuggets to probably win it all.

Crazy game from Lakers. Lakers have such a strong team overall that they dont even rely on Lebron/AD for scoring !!! One of Rui, AR or DLo will have a big game.
